Mi Barrio

Mi Barrio is an animated illustration that captures the kinetic energy, movement, and visual culture of street-level Mexico. Born from four years living, working, and exhibiting in Mexico, the piece translates the everyday atmosphere of public space into a textured narrative art piece.

In 2026, Mi Barrio was selected for official exhibition at Design Week México (PRINT 2026) at the G.56 Hub Creativo (White Box) in Mexico City.

Project Scope:

Animation of the artwork into multi-format motion loops, including a master 16:9 widescreen layout and a 1080x1920 (9:16) vertical format engineered for social reels and vertical gallery display.
