Sabor de Acera / Sidewalk Flavor

A visual tribute to the vibrant vendor culture and informal economies of Mexico. Influenced by the bold, hand-painted aesthetic of traditional rótulos (sign painting), this series documents the energy of the Elotero’s cart to the homemade tamale bike. Created during a four-year residency in Torreón, these pieces serve as both cultural documentation and an exploration of community commerce.
